Corporate Performance Management

In 2016, Kıraça Holding and Group Companies started to work with SAP. Within this scope, with SAP SuccessFactors, an online HR portal which is compatible with today’s technology and where employees can measure their own performance was created.

The performance assessment and evaluation process at Kıraça Holding consists of two basic functions. This system where targets and competencies are assessed aims to assess the status of our employees in reaching business results as well as their attitudes in reaching these results.

In our Performance Management, targets are spreading from the Company Target Card which is approved downwards, to individuals as a result of Strategic Planning studies. With the performance parameters which are monitored throughout the year target achievement rates are monitored and performance assessment of our employee are realized in line with targets reduced to individuals.

With 360 ̊ evaluation, every employee is evaluated by his / her subordinates, superiors, collogues and internal / external clients. Employee can determine the road map to improve itself by reaching the evaluation result on demand. In addition, development map is issued with coaching activities.
